Ken was formally a Engineer for E-Machines which directed him to open Phantomink Media in 2003. Through networking and hard work Ken now owns the vision " New Age Media" within Favor Media Group where his mission is to depict creative ideas through Web Sites, Print Media, Music Video and other forms of advertising.
Ron Riley - Music Production
Was a member of Fatty Koo. He was signed to SONY MUSIC and had a television show on BET "Black Entertainment Television"
Maurice Alfred - Concert Promotion
has woriked with all the major booking agencies, concert venues and all the major artists in the entertainment business including Midnight Star, Juvenile, Frankie Beverly & Maze, etc. Maurice has also been involved with bringing the Universal Soul Circus, and Tyler Perry's plays " Madea" to Columbus.

operator of Stewards Sound Technologies for more than 10 years.
Dwight has recorded and provided the live sound at concerts all
over America.
Rodney Riley - Choreography & Dance
Was the lead choreographer of G.P.T. "Greater Praise Temple" , ha performed in such plays as the "Black Nativity" and "The Adventures of Pan", He is currently the head of S.O.D the performing arts ministry of "The Word Church" of Columbus Ohio.
